Damage Waiver: All rental rates are quoted with damage waiver of 7% for your protection against charges for accidental damages. Damage waiver may be declined before the rental is initiated. Please read the rental contract for the complete damage waiver policy. If damage waiver is declined, we reserve the right to charge an additional deposit to cover any possible damages.
Identification: Positive identification is required in the form of a valid state-issued drivers license or photo ID. Out-of-state ID may be accepted with additional local identification.
Credit: We will establish accounts for qualifying customers who complete in entirety our application for credit and who meet our credit requirements. Open accounts take a minimum of four days to process, therefore please plan ahead for your charge needs.
Payment policy: All rentals require payment in advance plus a deposit, unless credit has been previously established. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
Equipment returned dirty is subject to cleanup charge. All prices are subject to change at any time. Computer-calculated rates are the official rates used.
If you have a question about minimum rates, time period, when due back, or holidays, please clarify it prior to renting. Rental will be charged according to standard policy...not assumed policy!
Returning equipment on time is your responsibility. Special rates such as overnite or weekend rates may be provided but they are only honored when the equipment is picked up and returned within the allotted time frames. If that time frame is not complied with, the special rate may increase with prorated additional charges or the computer may ignore any special rates depending on the type of equipment. All rental charges will be charged as calculated by the computer. If you are unable to return the equipment when due, it is your responsibility to call us to extend the rental and request an advance price quote for the new rental time frame. Please do not assume what the rental charges will be… neither of us like unpleasant surprises.
Bee Gee Rental and Sales is a full-servicing dealer of quality outdoor power equipment. Our policy is to educate, instruct, inform, and answer any questions you may have concerning the product so that you can make the best purchase decision for your budget and needs. All products are serviced and checked before delivery to you. If the product is not working properly, it is the job of the servicing dealer to find the problem and repair it. We want our product to be working properly and to manufacturer's specifications, and to that end we will do our part to rectify any manufacturer problems.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if a product is found to be unsuitable within ten days of purchase, we will allow full purchase price toward another comparable product. Delivery and pickup charges are an additional charge. Service calls are not covered by manufacturers warranty. Trade-in items are available for re-purchase at the original trade-in allowance, plus any parts and labor incurred in reconditioning the trade for resale.
Bee Gee Rental and Sales is a full-servicing dealer who has the authority and ability to service and repair the items it sells. We honor all manufacturers warranty policies and provisions. We do not provide a money-back guarantee or cash refunds.
In order for us to assist you in locating a needed part, you must have the model/series and serial number of your engine or equipment. Otherwise, we are both guessing what parts you need and that costs both of us time and money.
Any equipment brought in for repair will be serviced in the order in which it is received.
